minedMap is built around one idea: to understand industrial power, you have to understand supply chains.
Sovereignty is not abstract. It depends on whether critical materials can move into processing, manufacturing, and the products that modern industry, defence, and aerospace rely on.
The product maps the hidden dependencies behind strategic and critical materials: where they are mined, how they move, which routes concentrate exposure, and where upstream flows connect to manufacturing systems.
It started as my passion project at the intersection of critical minerals, manufacturing engineering, machine learning, and AI. The public data model is available in Overview, where exposed supply chains can be traced backwards through routes surfaced from public trade-flow analysis.
The advanced model goes deeper: comparing materials, exposing weak points, and connecting upstream routes to downstream manufacturing exposure across modern industry, defence, and aerospace. minedMap is built from an analysis of more than 3.2 million public trade-flow data points.
